केस काळे कसे करावे

एक चमचा व्हॅसलीन घ्या 

त्यामधे एक चमचा खोबरेल तेल मिसळा. 

त्यांनतर तुम्ही ते चांगल्या प्रकारे मिसळा आणि त्यात एक चमचा कोळशाची पावडर देखील मिसळा. 

त्यांनतर हे मिश्रण तुम्हाला काही वेळासाठी असेच ठेवायचे आहे. 

त्या बरोबर नीट व्यवस्थित हे मिश्रण एकजीव केल्यानंतर तुम्हाला तुमच्या दाढीला बोटाने हे मिश्रण लावायचे आहे.

त्यांनतर हे लावल्यानंतर थोडा वेळ तुम्हाला ते असेच ठेवावे लागेलं. आणि १० ते २० मिनिटांनी ते धुवून टाकायचे आहे. त्याचा परिणाम तुम्हाला लगेच कळेल. आणि केस काळे देखील होतील. तसेच दोन चमचे कांद्याच्या रसात पुदिन्याची पाने मिसळून दाढी-मिशीच्या केसांवर लावा. कारण यामुळे केस काळे ठेवण्यास मदत होईल.

आवळा पावडर आणि खोबरेल तेल एकत्र करून ते उकळी येईपर्यंत गरम करून घ्या. हे तेल थंड होऊ द्या आणि या तेलाने रोज दाढीला मसाज करा. यामुळे पांढरे केसही लगेचच दूर होतील. आणि हळूहळू केस काळे देखील होऊ लागतील. गाईचे तूप सुद्धा दाढीचे केस काळे ठेवण्यास फार मदत करते. दाढीच्या केसांना या तुपाने रोज मसाज केल्यास केसांचा काळा रंग टिकून राहतो.

केसांना सुंदर लूक देण्यासाठी आणि त्यांना हेल्दी करण्यासाठी आपण हेअर स्पापासून हेअर ट्रिटमेंटपर्यंत सगळ्याचा आधार घेतो. तसेच अनेक घरगुती उपायही करतो. परंतु काही खास फायदा होत नाही. परंतु काही असे पदार्थ आहेत ज्या केसांना मजबुती देण्यासोबतच त्यांच्या वाढिसाठीही मदत करतात. हे दोन पदार्थ म्हणजे, लिंबू आणि खोबऱ्याचं तेल.

नारळाच्या तेलामध्ये लिंबू एकत्र करून केसांच्या मुळाशी मसाज करा. मालिशे केल्याने मिश्रण केसांच्या मुळाशी पोहोचतं आणि त्यांना मजबुती मिळते. एवढचं नाही तर हे केस गळण्यापासून रोखण्याचं कामही करतात. लिंबू आणि खोबऱ्यामध्ये मुबलक प्रमाणात प्रोटीन आणि मिनरल्स असतात. जे केसांचे आरोग्य राखण्यासाठी मदत करतात.

लिंबू शक्य तो ताजे वापरावे, आठवड्यातून फक्त 2, वेळेस लिंबाचा केसांना वापर करावा,

लिंबू आपल्या केसांसाठी खूप फायदेशीर आहे. ३ ते ४ लींबू घ्या व त्यांची साले काढून जवळपास अर्धा लिटर पाण्यात १५ ते २० मिनिटांसाठी उकळा. नंतर पाणी थंड झाल्यावर ते आठवड्यातून २ वेळा आपल्या केसांमध्ये लावा. असे केल्याने आपल्या केसांमधील कोंडा दूर होईल आणि आपले केस चमकदार होतील.

या तीन्ही घटकांना एका पात्रात एकत्रीत करा. या घटकांना योग्य पद्धतीने मिक्स करुन घ्या. या नंतर या मिश्रणात गरजेनुसार पाणी टाका. योग्य मिश्रण तयार झाल्यावर याला रोज रात्री एक आथवडाभर गुढग्यांवर झोपण्याआधी लावा आणि फक्त आठवड्यानंतर रिजल्ट बघा.

सायटिकाच्या तीव्र वेदना कमी करण्यासाठी एक सोपा उपाय आज आपण जाणून घेणार आहोत. यासाठी आपल्याला पारिजातक ह्या औषधी वनस्पतीची 250 ग्राम पाने लागतील. हि पाने आणल्यानंतर स्वच्छ धुऊन घ्या. त्यानंतर हातानेच ह्या पानांचे तुकडे करून पातेल्यात ठेवा त्यामध्ये एक लिटर प्यायचे पाणी मिसळून गॅसवर उकलण्यासाठी ठेवा.

आजचा उपाय करण्यासाठी आपल्याला कलौंजी लागणार आहे. कलौंजी ही एक स्वयंपाक घरातील सहज उपलब्ध होणारा एक पदार्थ आहे. हा पदार्थ आपल्याला तिळाप्रमाणे दिसतो परंतु या पदार्थांच्या अंगी अनेक असे औषधे गुणधर्म आहेत, जे तुमच्या शरीराला शक्ती प्रदान करत असतात. या कलौंजीमध्ये तुमच्या शरीरातील कोलेस्ट्रॉल कमी करण्याची शक्ती असते त्याचबरोबर तुमच्या शरीरावर अतिरिक्त चरबी जमा झाली असेल तर ही अतिरिक्त चरबी कमी करण्याचे सामर्थ्य देखील या कलौंजी मध्ये असते. भरपूर प्रमाणात प्रोटीन असते ज्या व्यक्तींना केसांच्या समस्या आहे. केस गळतीमुळे त्रस्त झालेले आहेत अशा व्यक्तीने देखील आपल्या आहारामध्ये कलौंजी अवश्य समावेश करायला हवा.
