Introduction Presentify is a smart, secure, and offline-first attendance system designed to empower educators. Proudly available in 23 Indian languages, our application ensures that teachers across the nation can manage their classroom attendance effortlessly and in their preferred language.
1. Data Collection and Usage Your privacy is our highest priority. Presentify stores core user data, including student names, attendance records, and locally generated face recognition templates, directly on your device. We do not collect, transmit, distribute, or store this educational data on our own servers or any third-party servers. All attendance-related information remains completely under the user's control.
2. Camera and Face Detection Presentify requires Camera permission to enable attendance marking through face recognition. The app uses Google ML Kit for on-device face detection and recognition. All processing occurs locally on your device. We do not save, upload, share, or transmit photographs, videos, or facial images to any external server. Presentify does not collect, store, or transmit biometric identifiers. Face recognition templates are generated and used solely on the user's device for attendance purposes.
3. Third-Party Services and Advertising To support ongoing development and keep the application free, Presentify may display advertisements through third-party advertising providers such as Google AdMob. These services may collect certain non-personal information, including:

· Device information
· Network status
· General location information This information is used solely to provide and improve advertising services. All third-party providers operate under their own privacy policies. Presentify does not control how these third parties collect or process information. We strive to ensure that all advertising integrations comply with Google Play policies, including family and user safety requirements.
4. Internet Permission The primary attendance functionality of Presentify works completely offline. Internet access may be required solely for:
· Displaying advertisements (if enabled)
· Checking service availability No attendance records, student information, or face recognition templates are uploaded without the user's knowledge and action.
5. Children's Privacy Presentify is designed for use by teachers, schools, and educational institutions. The application does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Any student information entered into the application is managed exclusively by authorized teachers or school staff and remains stored locally on the device.
6. Data Deletion Users have complete control over their data. Student records, attendance history, classes, and face recognition templates can be deleted at any time directly through the application. If the application is uninstalled, locally stored data may be permanently removed from the device.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect improvements, new features, or legal requirements. Any updates will be published within the application and/or on the official Privacy Policy page.
